1. Acceptance of these terms
bodeashell (“the Service”) is a personal workspace that provides a single account and single sign-on across a family of member applications (such as Thicctory and Leafkeep). By creating an account or signing in, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell the workspace administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
3. Access to member apps
Access to individual member apps is granted and revoked by a workspace administrator. Opening a member app through the Service signs you into that app as your linked account there; each member app may have terms of its own that also apply.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful.
- Do not attempt to access another person’s account or data.
- Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Service or member apps.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Availability and changes
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and its branding remain the property of their owner. Content you create inside member apps remains yours, subject to each app’s own terms.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
